Assistive Tech for Hearing Loss Webinar
Using Assistive Technology to Improve Communication & Independent Living for Individuals with Hearing Loss Thursday, March 7th, 11AM
There are over 200,000 Rhode Islanders and 48 million Americans with hearing loss, so most of us have at least one friend, family member, neighbor, or colleague with a hearing loss. Hearing loss has a huge impact on quality of life, not only for the person with a hearing loss but also for those around them. Learning about hearing loss, and the assistive technology that can improve communication & independent living can make a big difference in the lives of persons with hearing loss by helping remove barriers that impact their wellbeing.
