The program focuses on heart and bone healthy nutrition strategies to help maintain or improve wellness and prevent chronic disease development or progression. Healthy Eating uses the USDA’s MyPlate as a framework. Sessions meet once a week for 2 hours over the course of 6 weeks.

People all ages are invited to inmerse themserlves in the mysteries and intricacies of the brain during Brain Wave RI‘s (BWRI) two Brain Fairs. Come learn about basic science and brain health; interact with brain science labs, familiarize yourself with community resources and experience the thrill of discovery at either Brain Fair, or both! These special events have attracted 600-800 attendees per event since 2016. Both events are free of charge and open to the public.
