This presentation will focus on practical strategies for managing stress and improving sleep quality.

We will review the connection between stress and sleep, highlighting how chronic stress can interfere with restful sleep and overall well-being. Participants will learn effective stress-reduction techniques, such as mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, and relaxation practices that can be easily incorporated into daily routines. We’ll also cover tips for creating a sleep-friendly environment and establishing a calming bedtime routine to promote better sleep.
