Online Event
Caregiver Support Group
Register for June 19 at 10am here
Are you a “caregiver”? Many people are, but don’t realize it.
Do you provide help to a family member, a loved one or a friend? To someone who is older, younger, or disabled and who needs help with the usual activities of living safely?
|
Support groups can provide opportunities to share experiences with other caregivers. You may get education and information on resources that you and your care receiver may use. It's an opportunity, if you choose, to explore your feelings with other caregivers. You may join for one group, or multiple groups. It's up to you. |
The Village Common Caregiver Support Circles will be virtual, online (ZOOM) and open to everyone-not just members! THAT MEANS YOU! The groups will be facilitated by retired professional Village Common volunteers.
All you need is an email address and digital equipment (computer, tablet or smartphone) with access to zoom (a free App that we can help you access).
If you want to join, but don’t have digital equipment, the Common can provide a limited number of iPads and training by volunteers. Call 401-441-5240 for more information.
Remember, you can ask for digital help from one of our personal trainers with an iPad, a computer or a smartphone.
You can register for this group, June 19 at 10am, by clicking on the "Register Now" button on the upper right of this screen.
