Yoga with Susan Bayley
Every week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:00am
Join Providence Village Member Susan Bayley for online yoga classes.
Monday and Wednesday classes are Gentle Yoga appropriate for aging adults.
Friday class is Blended Yoga incorporating bone building weight-lifting exercises
Suggested equipment is a yoga mat or blanket, pillow, and yoga blocks. For the Blended Yoga class,
ankle weights and free hand weights are needed, plus a chair for balance and support. Susan has
been leading yoga classes for 15 years at senior centers and various health organizations. She has a
Yoga Fit certificate.

logging on to the class, she offers readings on various topics from 8:45 to 9:00.
