About this event
Have you ever heard of the Blue Zones? Are you curious to learn how to possibly extend your years in good health? The Blue zones are places that have 10 times more centenarians compared to the United States on a per capita basis. The 5 original blue zones are: Ikaria (Greece), Okinawa (Japan), Nicoya (Costa Rica), Sardinia (Italy) and Loma Linda CA. Amazingly there are new blue zones developing, they are the man-made blue zones 2.0.
Join us on December 18 at 4 pm for a panel discussion on this important topic. Please register in advance for this event.
Please also consider watching a Netflix documentary on Blue Zones prior to the presentation. This Netflix 4-part docu-series follows Blue Zones founder and National Geographic Fellow Dan Buettner as he explores the original blue zones and visits communities around the United States working to make it easier to live a better, longer life.
