Crip Camp
TVC Film Series feature for August 18:
Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution
(2020)
This film looks at a camp for teens with disabilities in the 1970s, who eventually become disability activists and create positive change for their community.
Watch "Crip Camp" at your leisure on Netflix prior to our meeting, then join our Zoom meeting at 6pm for a discussion led by Barrington member Frank Cummings.
We will NOT be able to share this film via Zoom, so please be sure to view it on Netflix PRIOR to our Zoom meeting.
Third Thursdays of each month, free! Movies start at 6 PM, with discussion to follow. All welcome! Thank you to UnitedHealthcare for sponsoring the discussions for each film. The first 50 to register will receive a deluxe notebook from UnitedHealthcare for your notes during the discussions!
