TVC Film Series: Celebrating America in All Its Diversity
This monthly Zoom series is a twist on “dinner and a movie!” Starting at 6 PM, third Thursdays of each month. View the selected film with the group, or alternatively, on your own, then join in the discussion immediately after. Discussions will be led by a variety of people to be announced.

TVC Film Series feature for June 1:
   Brooklyn (2015)

A young Irish woman emigrates in 1952 to Brooklyn, NY, falls in love, and then must choose between two countries and two men.

Rent this film on Amazon, or to borrow it from the RI public library system, or join us in person at 245 Waterman Street, Suite 406, to see it with the group.  Please email us at office@villagecommonri.org if you intend to join in person.

A discussion on Zoom, led by Alice Cross, will be held on June 2 at 7pm. If you choose to watch the film on your own, you're still welcome to join our Zoom meeting at that time for the discussion.

Third Thursdays of each month, free! Movies start at 6 PM, with discussion to follow. All welcome! Thank you to UnitedHealthcare for sponsoring the discussions for each film. The first 50 to register will receive a deluxe notebook from UnitedHealthcare for your notes during the discussions!
