“The Conversation”
Friday, October 1, 2021
1:30pm
We can’t plan for everything. But we can talk about what is most important — in our life, and in our health care — with those who matter most.
Talking with the important people in our life can bring us closer together. It also helps us create the foundation of a care plan that will be in place when the need arises. The Conversation is an introduction in how to get everyonetalking about their wishes for care through the end of life, so those wishes can be understood and respected.
Join Bonnie Ryviker and Kim Rickler in this session about how to start a conversation (and keep talking) so you can have a say in your care — today and tomorrow.

The Caregiver Support Groups are made possible through the generous support of the Rhode Island Office of Healthy Aging and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Community Living. The program is part of Rhode Island’s digiAGE Collaborative, which brings together industry, government, and community to help bridge the digital divide for older Rhode Islanders and their families through coordinated investments in smart devices, training, online content & internet connectivity.
