MIT AgeLab Join us to hear Taylor Patskanick of the MIT AgeLab, who will present:
  • a brief history of the AgeLab including examples of some of its popular innovations (AGNES and car camera, for example)
  • introduction of The Longevity Economy and Longevity Hub around Boston -new technologies and ideas to help people age well at home.
Taylor Patskanick is a Technical Associate at the MIT AgeLab.
Taylor's research explores generational and age demographic trends across domains such as housing, transportation, and retirement planning. Taylor is particularly interested in the role of intergenerational programming in shaping careers in aging and lifelong social and civic engagement. In addition to her work at the AgeLab, Taylor is a licensed certified social worker (LCSW) and an adjunct faculty member at Simmons University. Taylor earned her MPH and MSW from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and her BSW from the University of Georgia.


Longevity Explorers is a collaborative program between Hamilton House and the Village Common providing opportunity to share information on products and services and explore the intersection of technology and aging.
