This Zoom online Village Common annual meeting will be held on Thursday, December 10, at 4:15pm, and is open to all Village Common members and volunteers.

Agenda: To consider and vote on a proposed slate to fill vacant Officer, Board, and Nominating Committee positions; and to vote on any other business the Board chooses to present.

Slate:

President - Anne Connor
Past President - Suzanne Francis (succession per Bylaws)
President Elect - no nominee
Secretary - Patrice Moskow (one-year term)
Board of Directors - Maureen Maigret and Jim Maxwell (three-year terms)
Nominating Committee - Suzanne Francis (per bylaws), Roberta Hazen Aaronson and Susan McCalmont
