Walking Tour
This is a Walking Tour but you can also bring your bicycle and ride along. Learn about the history of Broad Street, dating back to the 1700s, and its transformation in the 1960s, when Latinos began to settle, rebuild, and make La Broa' what it is today.
Meet 15 minutes before the scheduled start time in the grass area of the Roger Williams Park at Broad Street entrance. The address you can use to search is
1232 Broad Street Providence, RI 02905 - and the location where we will meeting is across Broad Street. Ample street parking is available on Miller Street or Broad Street and also next to the tennis court, just inside the park entrance.
