Rhode Island Healthy Aging Report
Using This Online Resource
Beth Dugan, PhD, will present findings from the Rhode Island Healthy Aging Data Report and a tutorial on how to use the online resource (
https://healthyagingdatareports.org/
) for advocacy, learning, planning, and service delivery.
The interactive session will equip attendees to help make their communities and Rhode Island more age-friendly. The development of the report was supported by the
Tufts Health Plan Foundation
and created by researchers at the
University of Massachusetts Boston Gerontology Institute
. Dr. Dugan leads the research team that compiled the report. She is the Director of Global Aging and Life Course Studies and an Associate Professor of Gerontology at the
McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies
at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
